Our neighborhood, the Neckarpromenade

The Neckaruferbebauung Nord, also known as “NUB” for short, is a residential complex in the Mannheim district of Neckarstadt-Ost directly on the northern bank of the Neckar between the Kurpfalz Bridge and the Friedrich-Ebert Bridge with three high-rise buildings, four terraced houses in front of it and several public facilities.

The slogan of the Neckarpromenade “On the edge in the middle of the city” is still valid. All everyday necessities can be reached in a few minutes on foot - be it on Lange Rötterstrasse or within the squares. There is space for your own car in the parking garage and several tram/bus lines as well as a car sharing offer expand mobility.

The natural location on the banks of the Neckar offers recreational space on the doorstep. The gardens of the terraced houses integrate into the natural area and offer a retreat for insects and birds.
