The freshwater lake “Wriakhörn” is located directly in the dunes between Wittdün and the lighthouse. A boardwalk leads around the lake to Kniepsand. Information boards provide information about flora and fauna and resting places invite you to linger. Here you can watch resting sea and beach birds and enjoy the fresh breeze from the nearby North Sea.
