In Norddorf auf Amrum there is a tiny but important brother of the Amrum lighthouse, the Quermarkenfeuer. This northernmost lighthouse on the island is only eight meters high, making it one of the dwarfs among lighthouses. For this reason, this attraction alone is worth a walk. It was built in 1906 on an elevated dune so that the guiding light reaches a height of up to 22 meters
