You can jog, walk or hike on the Kirchheim unter Teck fitness trail. It's a nice forest circuit garnished with torso bends and pull-ups. Balance beams, trestles and horizontal bars are also included. It's not just your leg muscles that are strengthened. And the youngsters also enjoy the round.
