Weissenstein Bike Trail from Nesselboden

The Weissenstein Bike Trail is now officially open for use – following a lengthy approval process. Now, it's attracting adrenaline-seekers to enjoy the downhill fun on Solothurn's local mountain.If your hands and legs are a bit sore from the first, upper section, you can briefly leave the trail at the Nesselboden mid-station, safely making room for those behind you. If you let it roll, there are a few more fast-paced curves down into the valley.

Unfortunately, the downhill run isn't officially open yet, so it's not really well-maintained anymore. It's a shame, because the downhill run would be really flowing and fun to ride. I hope it all comes together, because that would make it a really cool attraction on Solothurn's local mountain...
