To open the gate to the via ferrata, you need a numerical code.
You can ask for this in the Ochelbaude, or you can call the telephone number at the entrance to the via ferrata.
During our tour, the gate was already open.
At the end of the via ferrata, it's about 20 meters uphill before following the markings on the trees and returning down to the starting point.
Difficulty is indicated with B/C.
