Directly on the German-Dutch border is a beautiful piece of earth - the Brunssummerheide. Pine forests, white sandy areas and heather as far as the eye can see, make the heart of a nature lover beat faster!

It goes uphill through deep sand and in the end it gets really heavy. With a bit of luck, you can go along the top right along the embankment.

Great landscape, very extensive heath and pine forests. At times you have the feeling of moving in a Mediterranean dune landscape. It just doesn't smell of salt. With the bike sometimes very nice, sometimes quite challenging, because some paths consist only of white sand.
