The handsome station building at Kupferdreh station was designed in 1897 and built as a replacement for a former station at the turn of the 20th century on the Prinz Wilhelm railway. According to the need for representation, the long sides of the two-storey red brick building are decorated in a decorative way. In particular, the different window groupings and sizes, as well as the articulated entrance hallway with round arch, decorated with ocher-colored sandstone elements lend the station a charming appearance. Inside, the decor of the waiting rooms is partially preserved; particularly impressive is the stucco decoration in the waiting room of the first class.
