In 2005, this German position from the Second World War was renovated. It gives a good idea of what an infantry strongpoint looked like on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee during the Second World War. The statement consists of several parts:
4.7 cm anti-aircraft gun emplacement and anti-aircraft gun storage area,
ammunition bunkers, food storage, crew accommodation and water tank and a machine gun bunker.
