Around 1800 the manor owner von Leuysser laid out this artificial ruin as a romantic hunting lodge. Unfortunately, the view has grown over. Very pretty!

The Gersdorfer ruins were built during the Romantic era. The then owner of the Berggießhübler bathing facilities commissioned the construction in 1820. The spa patients walked there. Unfortunately, part of the dome collapsed.
