Desiccation in the past.
Giving back the flow of life in the present.
Artwork by Jac van Nes,
Poetic text by Ton Neijenhof.
The work of art symbolizes nature that is constantly renewing itself. In the surrounding area, work has been carried out on various projects for nature and hydrological restoration as part of the revitalization of the rural area. Fens and streams are being restored on the Brabantse Wal to prevent the area from drying out.
