The foundation walls of the parish church of St. Ulrich date back to the Gothic period of 1450/1510.

This church became too small due to the population development and the founding of many villages, so that an enlargement was made in 1825. The presbytery was left essentially unchanged, the central nave was extended by two parallel aisles: new, higher vaults were built over this new, enlarged space. The church interior was built as a three-nave, two-bay nave with a barrel vault. During the renovation in 1979, two portals were created and the presbytery designed in such a way that there is a spacious room for liturgical celebrations.
