When you look at the facade of this church, know that the King of kings is looking over your shoulder. The Roman Catholic Church was first used in 1768. Austerity is the striking appearance of this church that was built on the site of two barns.
In 1841 - 1842 the building got its current facade. In 1937 a major renovation followed. The statue of Christ as King has kept an eye on this place since 1940.

Hiking

The church was built in 1768 and initially served as a barn church. In 1842, the building was expanded and given a neoclassical facade to make it more like a church building. In 1931 a skylight was added with a bell in it. The church was restored in 1993. It is a national monument.
