The hamlet chapel, already mentioned in 1398, was rebuilt in 1721-1724. Because of the uniform baroque furnishings, Riedlingen is on the Upper Swabian Baroque Route. Franz Joseph Kazenmayer and Georg Anton Machein are possible artists. Spread over three altars are the "fourteen Holy Helpers", refuge and helpers for people in need. The remarkable stucco decoration shows the rare representation of unicorn mysticism.
In one field, Riedlingen is shown "as the city of God". The chapel was a popular pilgrimage destination for centuries.
