The former Val Magnaboschi cemetery held the remains of 1,739 Italian soldiers and 596 Austro-Hungarian soldiers.

Today, it has no headstones, but rather broken fir trunks, painted white, collected from nearby Mount Lemerle, the epicenter of bloody fighting in the summers of 1916 and 1918. Metal plaques commemorate the identified soldiers and the many unknown ones, both Italian and Austrian. The soldiers, initially buried here, were transferred to the Leitan Memorial in Asiago in the 1930s, along with all the remains from the many field cemeteries scattered across the plateau.

Next to the former cemetery, a marble column, donated by the city of Rome, still stands, marking the point of maximum penetration reached by the Austro-Hungarians in 1916.
