Mountain biking
It’s a nice cafe, run by volunteer staff, service is slow but the staff are very nice, and it’s only open on Tues Weds Thursday 10-16.00.

If we travel by car we always park in the new houses estate because Winthrop car park is accessed by a single track road, and the car park isn’t very big !!
If we park in Sylvester Ave it’s only 150yards from the cafe and it’s a nice tarmac path 👍
