It's the second-tallest skyscraper in Japan with a facade made entirely of glass. The roof garden on the 16th floor alone is worth a visit (free). You have to pay for the top floors, and you'll probably have to wait in a long line. We booked our tickets in advance again through Klook and were able to go up without much of a wait.

The view over Osaka from the 59th floor is stunning, and in the roof garden, you can enjoy a small drink while taking in the view.
