Rue de Metz (in Occitan: quarry of Metz) is a public road in the historic center of Toulouse, capital of the Occitanie region, in the South of France. It is located on the border between the Capitole and Saint-Georges districts, to the north, and Carmes and Saint-Étienne, to the south, all in sector 1 - Center.

The street was pierced between 1869 and 1871, as part of the new traffic plan put in place by the Toulouse municipality during the 19th century. It forms the east-west axis, linking the old Porte Saint-Étienne, at the crossroads of Boulevard Lazare-Carnot and Allées Forain-François-Verdier, to Place du Pont-Neuf, via Place Esquirol. It is lined with numerous buildings in the Haussmann, eclectic and even Art Nouveau styles, characteristic of Toulouse buildings at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the following century. It also belongs to the remarkable heritage site of Toulouse.
