The Zillierbach (also called Zillier-Bach and in the lower reaches Flutrenne; formerly Holtemme, later Zilgerbach) is a 14.7 km (16.3 km with Wormsgraben) long, orographically right and southeastern tributary of the Holtemme in the Harz in the Harz district in Saxony-Anhalt.
The Zillierbach rises within the Harz/Saxony-Anhalt Nature Park in the Harz National Park on the eastern flank of the Hohnekamm, which bears the Hohneklippen.
Its source is below the Hohnekopf about 1 km northwest of Drei Annen Hohne near the HohneHof nature experience center (former Hohne forester's house) at about 610 m above sea level.
