Cycling
A very nice little town. There is a castle (partly abandoned, partly with a restaurant), there is a church, and there is a market square. During the pandemic, it was quite poor with restaurants, but maybe life will come back here, because it is actually quite a nice starting point to the mountains surrounding the city.

Mountain biking
a historic castle and palace complex consisting of three wings: a medieval-Renaissance castle and two palace wings in the Baroque style, located in Międzylesie. The castle is located almost in the center of the town, almost next to national road no. 33. There is a hotel and a restaurant on site. The castle can be visited for a fee - children up to 5 years old are free.
