The old aqueduct is partially exposed and feeds a giant fig tree.
The overgrown area also has charm thanks to some beautiful street art.
Only parts of the old factory remain, and hardly any roofs remain.
The San Joaquín sugar and alcohol factory consisted of a double factory for sugar and alcohol, and also had warehouses, a distillery, a blacksmith's workshop, a carpenter's workshop, several sheds, a gatehouse, a huge elliptical swimming pool, a sugar cane yard, and a chimney.
