The Sauer Delta fascinates me since I do canoe tours in Alsace. It has a very special charisma and offers the animal and plant world a protected framework. For us cyclists, it is especially nice to drive through the meadows of the delta on the well maintained bike paths.

Simply an absolutely idyllic and magical place Earth. There are benches in the shade and you look down on the Delta de la Sauer near Munchhausen on the Rhine and see tons of water birds and swallows and the many old wooden boats. A perfect place for a short or longer break on a bike ride.
