I can only agree with Flowis131, it's definitely UIAA II-. You should be able to climb down safely, otherwise you'll fall three meters and could seriously injure yourself. However, if you place your footholds properly and find the holds, climbing down is child's play. As I said, not for the inexperienced!

No! -contrary to what was stated in a comment, this short passage (I estimate difficulty UIAA 1) is NOT recommended for inexperienced people. It is very exposed and difficult to see, especially on the descent (north -> south) (if necessary, bring a rope and attach it to the tree stump). Easier on the climb. Tricky in wet and snowy conditions.
