On one side of the road is a beautiful lagoon with a shelter on the shore and the mountains in the background. On the other side is Agios Spiridon Beach.
When crossing the bridge you enter a small island with gravel roads and some nice single tracks.

Hiking
The lagoon is an important sanctuary for seabirds and is under conservation today. At the edge of the lagoon you can sometimes see big fish and crabs in the shallow water. Over the water connection to the sea leads a narrow bridge to the cape Ekateríni.
