At the old village square in the middle of Paleo Perithia, there are now three small taverns again. Here you sit on shady terraces, enjoying the wonderful tranquility without cars, quads and scooters. There is first class Greek cuisine and of course a cool Frappé.

Small owner-operated taverns and still pretty authentic, with some drawbacks. You are greeted very friendly and rated nicely. The Greek coffee at Kassaris Alkinoos tavern is unbeatable
