The "Gelber Löwe" inn has seen many owners and guests come and go since the 17th century. It finally closed in 2008. The municipality of Großhabersdorf is now giving the historic building a new lease of life. It has been planned and worked on since 2010. In August 2021, the time had finally come - after a complete renovation costing around 4.5 million euros, it reopened its doors as a country hotel with its new team and good Franconian cuisine.
