It's always a lovely cycling route; there's so much to see and discover, and I highly recommend it. Stroll or cycle along the dike. Plenty of opportunities to take a break and enjoy a meal at a café or restaurant. For the kids, there's a lovely playground nearby, as well as an outdoor pool. Get a tan and let off steam at Twielenfleth Beach. Parking for cars and camper vans is available at the Twielenfleth Ferry House. And along the Elbe, you can spot sailboats and ships.
