The (former) residential area Forsthaus Gottow is about 2.3 km east-northeast of the center of Gottow am Graben 048.1.7. according to BrandenburgViewer. It can be reached via country lanes off the K7222 or by extending the 'Zum Forsthaus' road.

The Forsthaus Gottow was a dwelling place in the district of Gottow in the municipality of Nuthe-Urstromtal in the district of Teltow-Fläming (Brandenburg). It originated from a forester's lodge built in 1876/77 in what was then the Kummersdorf Forest estate district. In 1929, the forester's house was first incorporated into the community of Schöneweide, after the Second World War it was attached to the community of Gottow.

After the Second World War, the forester's lodge in Gottow belonged to the Luckenwalde state forestry enterprise. By 1970 at the latest, the Gottow forester's office had been closed and the farmstead had been sold.

The living space has been abandoned since at least 2010, the former forester's house is now a ruin after a fire.
