At the entrance of the village, coming from the direction of Esch-Sauer, a monument commemorates the population and the Allied troops who suffered in the Battle of the Ardennes during World War 2. The monument consists of a bomb dropped nearby by a US aircraft around Christmas 1944. This memorial was inaugurated on September 28, 1980.
