Towards the end of the afternoon, I got on my bike with some sunshine heading towards Muiderberg, but I still got some rain along the way. Nevertheless, it was a wonderful, varied ride. The Muiderslot remains a beautiful spot to cycle past, just like the lovely windmills along the Vecht.

A varied and enjoyable hike, although some sections are quite demanding. In a few places, you have to climb steep sandy paths where there is very little grip, so good footwear is important.

Santander: bruisende stad tussen baaien, bergen en stranden

Another great hike. We could have marveled at the beautiful coast for hours, but threatening clouds forced us to pick up the pace a bit. We eventually had a small shower. Part of the cliffs is easily accessible for non-hikers. Unfortunately, you can see some litter in these places, which is a real shame
