Lower Pralongià High Route

Fascinating views along the way to Marmolada, Pordoi Pass, Sellastock, Val Gardena Pass, Cirspitzen, Sassongher, Kreuzkofel, Lavarella, Conturinespitze, Pareispitze, Setsass, Col di Lana, Civetta.

Those who like varied hikes over green meadows, winding mountain paths and through shady forests will get their money's worth on the following section of the route. For us, the lush meadows form a wonderful contrast to the rocky first stage of the day. The color green dominates up to the north flank of the Settsass, narrow paths, which also become rockier, finally lead to a forest path which, after a small climb up a notch, gives us a wonderful view of the Pralongià plateau.


The idyllic meadow paths take us straight to the Pralongià mountain inn, which sits majestically in the middle of the meadows. After two well-deserved cyclists and a Coke, we too lay down in the meadow and enjoy the sun and evening air.
