Monte Faudo is easily doable both uphill and downhill with a gravel bike. I recommend going up from Dolcedo, or Civezza, arriving in both cases at S. Brigida, because it is less steep. The descent from the side of Monte Follia towards the Taggia valley is less clean, but this too is done with a gravel.

Great views from seashore to Alps.
Peak is spoiled due lots of TLC antennas towers.
Included in path 707 "tour del Faudo". Better way from Santa Brigida up to the top, as the descent to Cipressa is quite rocky.

we start on asphalt from Arma di Taggia to the sanctuary of the Madonna di Lampedusa, here there is also a bar restaurant, then continue on a dirt road, the last uphill stretch is 500m asphalt very ruined, you get to the iron cross .
