The granary and the wine press were located on the lower floor until the 19th century, as well as the communal prison cell in an annex. The current appearance of this building dates back to the early 1980s, when after the inauguration of the new
Town Hall in Freiherr-vom-Stein-Strasse, the old town hall had served its purpose as the municipal administrative seat.
