A former anti-aircraft position, built in 1939, which today finds a much more sensible use as a shelter for bats.

    Hiking

The anti-aircraft position belonged to the Western Air Defence Zone and was built in 1939. It consisted of four standing areas for heavy anti-aircraft guns, four blockhouses for accommodating the operating personnel and command posts 1 and 2.
All structures of the anti-aircraft position on the Egenhäuser Kapf have been listed as historical monuments since 2005.
Today, access to the underground rooms is closed off by two steel doors. Through the small windows you can only see two empty rooms.
