Near the Rambla del Mar, two white Miraesteles sculptures by Robert Llimós float in Barcelona’s harbor. Made of polyester and fibreglass, they were inspired by Joan Brossa’s poem El Saltamartí. Installed in 2010, they commemorate the New York–Barcelona transoceanic sailing record.
