The Mariahilf Church is located on a ridge above the village of Rohrbach and was part of a 12th-century castle. A Romanesque chapel with apse is adjoined to the west by a wider extension added in 1819. The church was named as a pilgrimage church in the 17th century, and the pilgrimage was certainly only of regional importance. The miraculous image was a copy of the Passau Mariahilfbild. Here, too, the Marian shrine was, as so often, on a mountain. Today the church serves as a cemetery church. The church is usually locked.
