In the entrance of Nübbel is the 1904 built mill "Anna". Due to economic changes, the mill was destined for demolition in 1976.
The Schleswig-Holsteinische Heimatbund - Local Association Nübbel - has secured the continued existence of the mill Anna through an extensive exhibition.
Inside and outside exhibits are shown in the fields of home, agriculture and wooden shipbuilding. Nübbel was an important location for wooden shipbuilding until 1913. The pieces of thought and tools from this period are presented to people and groups in guided tours. Since 2005, the mill is owned by the foundation "mill Anna".
There is a functioning blacksmith shop in the museum, where blacksmith shows take place on special occasions. The museum has become a meeting place where you meet every Friday in the even calendar weeks for an exchange of ideas.
