The two-story plastered building with a mezzanine was built in 1854/55 as a second spa house. In the years that followed it served the Duke Adolf von Nassau as accommodation during his hunts in the nearby Senne. The richly articulated arched façade faces the park. The interior was extensively rebuilt in 1979. The lateral axes are emphasized by pilaster strips, the surfaces are differentiated by grooving, cubing and smooth surfaces. The entrance in the middle risalit under an arbor is accessible via an open staircase.
