Žiežmariai manor is preserved on the outskirts of Žiežmariai. B. Tiškevičius manor palace was built in 1858. Mentioned in the 14th century. as the estate of the Grand Duke of Lithuania. 17th century in the beginning it was ruled by the Radvilas. In 1627, Ona Stavickytė Mlečko wrote the estate of Žiežmarii in her will to Ona Stavickytė Bilevičienei Gorodenskaja. in 1841 the town and the estate were bought by Count Benediktas Tiškevičius in 1857-1858. after building the manor house. According to the projects of C. Anikinis, a manor mill was also built, a park was planted, a canal was dug, peat bogs were built, ponds were installed, and embankments were strengthened.
