The Čiobiškis water mill was built in 1900. next to the old thief of the Musė River. Čiobiškis water mill is a one-story rectangular building with a plinth floor. The place for the mill was very convenient, because at that time the Musa was a fast and watery river that flows into the Neris. The mill itself was very important in the vicinity of Čiobiškis, because there were very few mills around. The only existing mill at that time was in the village of Litviniškės (Kaišiadorių district), which was built between the wars, but it was not able to meet the needs of all people.
