Story:
Founded in 1883. Operation of a jute mill and weaving mill for the production of jute sacks, jute sacks, cable yarns, later specializing in carpet yarns.
Takeover of the company van Delden & Co GmbH in Coesfeld (Buntweberei und Därberei). 1972 renamed textile works Ahaus AG. In 1987 merged with the Gronau cotton mill, which shut down the Ahaus plant in 1991.
