Hermitage or chapel located in the southern part of the village of Juià. It has no cult and is in a dilapidated state. It preserves the perimeter of the walls up to the roof and a steeple bell tower perpendicular to the facade. It is believed to be the old monastery of Sant Joan de Salerm, which due to the lack of a given community that followed the rule of Saint Benedict.
