In 2012, two friends opened the restaurant Němý Medvěd in the center of Mělník, which offers guests the opportunity to taste craft beers from nearby and more distant microbreweries. The concept gradually evolved and the first change was a shift from traditional Czech beer snacks to Burgers, which are now famous not only in Mělník.
