Cycling
The Gasteg Chapel stands on a small hill on the old road to Saalfelden. It has an octagonal floor plan. A chapel is said to have existed here as early as 1546. It is built over a spring – the Augenbründl (Eye Spring). According to legend, the Mother of God appeared here to a blind woman and drew her attention to the spring. The woman regained her sight through washing.
