Mountain biking
The Mária Valéria bridge is located between Přímás Island in Esztergom and Párkány in Slovakia, at river kilometer 1718.8 of the Danube. The bridge was inaugurated on September 28, 1895. Some parts of it were blown up during both the First and Second World Wars. For this reason, the locals only called it "Csonkahíd" until 2001, since the border crossing was for a long time at the Slovak bridgehead. It was reopened on October 11, 2001.
