Lore, the deceased wife of Klaus Herbert, once had the idea of giving her district something lasting and asked for donations for her 60th birthday in 2000 for a fountain on which a "Gibber couple" in traditional local costume should stand. This was created by the Cologne sculptor Franz-Josef Lipensky. The bronze figures found their place next to the grown Gibber Christmas tree in 2001, but had to give way to the residential complex in 2015 like the tree.
