Mountain biking
The surface is mainly dirt, and frequented mainly by cyclists on mountain bikes or gravel bikes and hikers.
At the entrance to the valley there is also the magnificent Dardago rock gym, where you can climb even in winter, given the excellent exposure. Once you reach Piancavallo, there are countless options for descending: from easy trails to more enduro-style ones.
