Sea Lion Docks at Newport Bayfront

Newport is a small town at the mouth of the Yaquina River, which forms a natural bay and an ideal coastal port. The special attraction is that the place is not just a resort, like so many others here, but also the home port of a small fishing fleet. Accordingly, souvenir shops, seafood restaurants and fish factories alternate cheerfully on the historic bayfront, the smell is sometimes very strict, atmosphere authentic.
