From this point on the way to its exit on the district road Wehr-Todtmoos should definitely be reserved for hikers. Theoretically, you can get by with the MTB, but that involves a lot of pushing and carrying (technical difficulty S3).

As Claus-Heinrich already writes. For the vast majority of mountain bikers a torture to undriveable. As a hiking trail one of the most beautiful premium hiking trails in Germany. Every spring we take care of this (Wolfebiker weir in cooperation with the Black Forest Association) right after the snow melts.
Exposed paths along steep cliffs with sometimes spectacular views. Wutachflühen, Wutachschlucht, Schleifenbach falls, Haslach gorge, Windberg waterfall, Hohwehraschlucht and Wehraschlucht are destinations for all those who like to climb through wild ravines, marvel at thundering waterfalls, enjoy the natural silence and cut out of everyday life for a week.
6 stages over 119km. Here the last stage from Todtmoos to Wehr
