Meiswinkel is an agricultural district in the north of Siegen. The village is located at the end of the valley of the Birlenbach, which has its source in the village and is also called Meiswinkelbach here. It flows southeast in the direction of Langenholdinghausen. There is also a small valley to the southwest, but it is hardly built on. The town itself is at an altitude of between 330 and 390 m. The highest elevation in the district is a nameless ridge in the west at 427.5 m. Other mountains are the Ziegenberg in the south at 372.3 m or the Kühlenhain in the east at 391.4 m.
